Contact 330-815-7775 or keepjudgetommccarty@gmail.com for information.cuyahoga fallsBoating courseCUYAHOGA FALLS: The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary will offer its annual fall Boating Safety and Seamanship course at Cuyahoga Falls High School starting Sept. 13.The 10-week course will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays ending Nov. 22.This course is required for operators of powerboats over 10 horsepower who were born after 1981. Students will learn boating fundamentals, including safe trailering, navigation skills, proper boat handling, weather and radio communications. The work is part of a bridge replacement project and should take 60 days to complete, said the Summit County Engineer’s Office.Detour routes will be posted and will go from Portage Trail, Akron-Peninsula Road, Thiess Road and Hardy Road.
